Predicted and led C-Quest through business transformation from small support services division into Independent Consultancy with operations in KSA and across Middle East.
Working closely with other Advisory Service lines e.g. Environment & Sustainability, Digital Advisory Services, Urban planning, Infrastructure Development. This allows me to provide holistic advice on all aspects of construction projects from inception through completion.
Have established the precedent of providing Carbon accounting services for one of Roshn developments. As a part of innovation initiative have explored and researched the possibility of city Co-development utilizing augmented reality i.e Metaverse.
Initiated the application of quantifying the Social value of Infrastructure Projects , that allowsd us to demonstrate to large Governmental establishments our shared values and consecutively generate sales.
Conducted complete risk assessment of NEOM Gulf of Aqaba development project comprising of 323 luxury 7 star assets / infrastructure as part of budget.review, including risk headings: environmental, economic, design, procurement, health and safety.
Have developed the guidance on Modern Methods of Construction per request of PIF Client for one of their Mega Projects.
Developed 'PeopleSpace' initiative - a unique aggregate database of Smart concepts , solutions applications and devices that is empowering city management and citizens to a safer future, making urban environment a safe space for residents of all abilities.
Have assisted Insite allied practice in launching KEO City Labs- a digital platform that brings designers, financial analysts and others into one tool.
Led modular construction costs and parameters database for generative design software. This strategic partnership was awarded Big5 finalist- Digitalization Project of the Year 2021.
